The money questions, answered.

Why families and not members?
Because that's how community organisations actually think. A family of four and a family of eleven place the same load on your register and your committee. Counting heads punishes big families — counting households doesn't.
What counts as an "active family"?
Only families marked active in your register. Families that transferred out or became inactive don't count against your plan.
We're close to our family limit. What are our options?
Either move up a tier, or add the Extra Families Pack add-on for 100 more families. You'll see your usage on the Billing page — nothing stops working overnight; you just can't add families beyond the limit.
How do we pay?
UPI or bank transfer against an invoice we issue — the way Indian organisations already handle payments. Annual billing saves roughly 17% and means one committee approval a year instead of twelve.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, any time from your Billing page. When you change plan, we void any unpaid invoice and issue a fresh one for the new plan — no proration puzzles.
What happens if we stop paying?
You get a grace period after the due date, with reminders. After that the workspace is suspended — not deleted. Settle the invoice and everything is back, exactly as you left it.
